Wix sellers who need a simple link-based withdrawal entry point.

Wix stores can use EUWithdrawalButton.app as an external hosted form linked from the site footer, policy pages, and account help content.

Install steps

  1. 1. Create the hosted withdrawal page in the dashboard.
  2. 2. Add a visible button or text link in Wix footer navigation.
  3. 3. Add the same link to policy pages and customer support pages.
  4. 4. Run a demo request and check the generated email and merchant record.

Use a standard Wix button or text link when script embeds are unavailable on the active plan.

Keep the link label direct, for example 'Withdraw from contract here', so customers are not forced to interpret a generic returns link.

What merchants receive

Each request produces a customer acknowledgement and merchant notification from the same stored record.

The dashboard gives the store team a request number, status, timestamp, customer email, and contract identifier for follow-up.
