EUWithdrawalButton.app processes merchant account data, store configuration, withdrawal request details, technical logs, checker submissions, and billing status needed to operate the hosted workflow.

Withdrawal request data may include customer name, customer email, contract or order reference, submitted message, request number, submission timestamp, confirmation timestamp, locale, and email delivery status.

Public form abuse controls use hashed network signals where configured. The application workflow is designed to avoid storing raw IP addresses for ordinary withdrawal records.

Merchants are responsible for their own customer privacy notices, legal basis, retention decisions, customer responses, and downstream handling of withdrawal requests.

Transactional email is sent through the configured provider for customer confirmations, merchant notifications, and sign-in links. Billing is handled through PayPal subscription flows.
