Refund Policy

EUWithdrawalButton.app is a subscription software product. PayPal manages subscription billing and may provide cancellation controls from the payer account.

Refund requests for software fees should be sent to lcg0608@126.com with the merchant account email, PayPal subscription ID when available, and reason for the request.

The service does not process customer refunds for merchant stores. Customer withdrawal handling, product refunds, service cancellation, and fulfillment decisions remain the merchant's responsibility.

If a billing error is confirmed, the service will review the affected subscription period and coordinate the appropriate correction through the available payment channel.
