Terms of Service

EUWithdrawalButton.app provides hosted software for electronic withdrawal workflows, including merchant accounts, hosted withdrawal pages, widget snippets, request records, email notifications, CSV export on eligible plans, and billing integrations.

The service does not determine whether a customer has a withdrawal right, whether a request is timely, whether a refund is required, or whether a merchant's legal wording is sufficient.

Merchants must provide accurate store information, keep merchant notification addresses current, monitor incoming requests, and handle customer follow-up under their own legal and operational obligations.

Paid plans may unlock higher usage, branding controls, multiple stores, and exports. PayPal processes paid subscriptions and may provide subscription management and cancellation controls.

The service may suspend abusive usage, automated attacks, or activity that harms infrastructure, email reputation, or other customers.
