EU Withdrawal Button for Online Stores

Merchants who sell to EU consumers and need a visible electronic withdrawal entry point.

EUWithdrawalButton.app gives merchants a hosted withdrawal page, a confirmation step, transactional emails, and a merchant dashboard without requiring a platform-specific plugin.

Install steps

  1. 1. Create a merchant account with Google or email sign-in.
  2. 2. Add a production store profile with the merchant notification email and default language.
  3. 3. Publish the hosted withdrawal link or widget snippet in your footer, account area, and policy navigation.
  4. 4. Review incoming requests, email delivery status, and CSV exports from the dashboard.

What the workflow covers

The customer-facing page captures name, email, contract or order reference, optional message, and an explicit confirmation action.

The same request record generates the customer acknowledgement, merchant notification, request number, timestamps, and export row.

What it does not decide

The service does not determine whether a withdrawal right exists, whether a refund is due, or whether a request is timely.

Merchants still control their legal wording, retention policy, refund handling, and customer service response.

Questions

Does this replace legal advice?

No. It provides hosted workflow software and records, not legal advice or a compliance guarantee.

Is it platform-specific?

No. The hosted page and widget work with most websites that allow links or script snippets.

EUWithdrawalButton.app helps merchants implement an electronic withdrawal workflow. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
